A "bribery" operation held simultaneously in 6 provinces centered on Ardahan resulted in the detention of 10 suspects, including Damal Mayor Kemal Çamlıyurt.
Within the scope of the bribery investigation conducted by the Chief Public Prosecutor's Office of Hanak district in Ardahan, security forces took action. Teams of the Provincial Police Department's Smuggling and Organized Crime (KOM) Branch Directorate carried out coordinated work to capture the suspects.
SIMULTANEOUS RAIDS IN 6 PROVINCES
Within the framework of the investigation, simultaneous operations were carried out at addresses identified in 6 provinces centered on Ardahan. In the raids, a total of 10 people, including Damal Mayor Kemal Çamlıyurt, were caught and detained.
SEARCHES AT HOMES AND WORKPLACES
As part of the operation, searches were carried out at the suspects' homes and workplaces, while seized digital materials and documents were taken for examination. It was reported that the interrogation and processing of the 10 detained individuals at the police station are ongoing.
