Speaking to the Syrian News Agency (SANA), the Chairman of the Civil Aviation and Air Transport Committee, Eshad Salibi, stated that Damascus International Airport will open for international flights on January 7. "WE ARE WORKING TO INCREASE CAPACITY"Salibi noted that preparations are ongoing for the resumption of operations at Aleppo and Damascus airports, stating, "With the help of our partners, we are ensuring that these airports are capable of accommodating flights from all over the world."
