In a statement to reporters at the hospital, Sağıroğlu described Arolat's last moments, saying, "He was a very close friend of mine. He was a special brother whom I loved very much. He was on a diet again. We always have death diets. I guess his heart couldn't take it. He left with a smile. That's what his manager said. He was very cheerful. I also released a song today, and he shared it. We hadn't talked for months. He even shared it and wrote me something funny in DM."

"HE FAINTED ON STAGE AND THEN CONTINUED"

Sağıroğlu, who mentioned that Arolat's mother passed away in previous years, said, "His family was in Izmir. He had no family in Istanbul. He lost his mother a few years ago. That weighed heavily on him. He came to work happily with his manager. He felt unwell on stage for a moment. After 20 minutes of going on stage, he went to the back. There, he took off his shirt. Then he said, 'My arm is numb and so on.' They checked on him, and then he said, 'Give me my shirt, I'm fine.' He went back on stage. After that, he collapsed again on stage. There was a nurse there. The nurse turned him on his side. They immediately called an ambulance. By the time the ambulance arrived, his heart had stopped. They revived him in the ambulance. Then his heart stopped again on the way. The place he worked was very close to here. They couldn't revive his heart. I wish patience to his loved ones.
