According to the information obtained, during the operation, the motorcycle driver Adem Topçu (27) with the license plate 07 GU 227 did not obey the 'stop' warning from the gendarmerie teams and tried to escape by accelerating. During this time, the fast motorcycle driver Adem Topçu, whose license had been revoked for a different crime, hit Gendarmerie Non-Commissioned Officer Sergeant Mehmet Fatih Çangır (27). Çangır, who was seriously injured in the accident, became a martyr in the hospital where he was taken.

The driver, who also has records for drug use and driving a motorcycle under the influence, reportedly had numerous dangerous motorcycle riding videos on his social media accounts, and on the day of the traffic accident, he was riding a motorcycle recklessly and dangerously, and it was claimed that he had an argument with another driver in traffic for this reason.

The motorcycle driver Adem Topçu, who was also injured in the accident, was taken to the police station after his treatment at Ordu State Hospital. Topçu, whose right arm was seen to be bandaged, was referred to the Ordu Courthouse after his procedures at the police station. The individual's procedures at the courthouse are ongoing.
