In footage taken at a nightclub in Beşiktaş, Dilan Polat and Sıla Doğu, who are under investigation for indecent acts, were brought before the duty magistrate.

THEY WERE DETAINED

Dilan Polat and her sister Sıla Doğu, who threw a release party and were seen kissing on stage, were detained following the investigations initiated as part of the ongoing inquiry. News reports in the media and videos on social media platforms were examined as part of the investigation launched by the Istanbul Chief Public Prosecutor's Office. An investigation was initiated ex officio against the Polat and Doğu sisters for the crime of 'indecent acts' as regulated in Article 225 of the Turkish Penal Code. Dilan Polat and Sıla Doğu were taken to the police station to give their statements.

REQUEST FOR JUDICIAL CONTROL MEASURE

Dilan Polat and Sıla Doğu, who were brought to the courthouse as part of the investigation initiated ex officio for 'indecent acts' due to their actions at an entertainment venue in Istanbul, were referred to the duty magistrate with a request for a judicial control measure in the form of 'signing in.'
