FISH SERVED ON SIMIT

Describing how his dish was made, Yalçınkaya said, "First, you will make a simit. Then, you cook the octopus nicely, serving it half-cooked. We cook our octopus with olive oil, garlic, salt, vinegar, and fresh coriander, along with coriander stems. After that, we give you whole sea bass, and you fillet the sea bass. After filleting, you marinate the sea bass. In other words, you prepare the entire sauce and keep the sea bass whole. You sauce it whole and set it aside. Then, the eel, which is a bit tricky. Meanwhile, we congratulate the production and its team. They brought the eel for you from Adana. There is eel and sardine. Put the mackerel in the oven. Clean the skin and bones of the mackerel. After that, it becomes completely white. We will cut it into a shape and place it here. You make the sardine boneless. We take out the middle bone. Then, you season it with lemon, salt, apple cider vinegar, olive oil, and a bit of coriander with the stems for about three or four minutes. Meanwhile, we want the coriander for the sea bass in powdered form," he expressed.

YUDUM SAID GOODBYE

At the end of the night, the contestant who made the least successful dish and said goodbye to the competition was Yudum. Unable to hold back her tears, Yudum said, "I got very distracted, and then everything got mixed up. Thank you all. I was thinking of leaving with a smile; I love you all very much. Thanks to my boyfriend for his support. It’s nice to leave as the 20th from here," she said.
