Payment will be made to educated female caregivers who take care of their children in order for mothers to continue their working life with the European Union project. Thus, it is aimed to keep women with children and caregivers employed. Alpkan pointed out that manufacturing and construction are the sectors with the least female participation in employment and stated that there is still a long way to go in this field. İŞ POZİTİF WAS IMPLEMENTED IN FEBRUARYAlpkan stated that the Ministry of Labor and Social Security's efforts to increase female employment continue to increase and reminded that İş Pozitif was implemented in February to make the increase in women's workforce participation and the reduction of unemployment sustainable. 325 EURO SUPPORT WILL LAST FOR 12 MONTHSWith the project, the employment of 3,500 women with children aged 0-36 months and 3,500 female caregivers in Ankara, Istanbul, and Izmir will be supported for 12 months. Mothers will be provided with a monthly support of 325 euros on the condition that they employ a certified child caregiver and work in a registered job.
