In the first hearing of the investigation into the murder of 8-year-old Narin Güran in Diyarbakır, the testimonies of witnesses were taken after the defendants. Father Arif Güran made an interesting statement to the court.

FATHER ARIF GÜRAN'S CAMERA STATEMENT

Father Arif Güran, who stated that there is a clear camera that sees his house and requested to look at it, said, "I have said many times that my daughter did not go up to the hill. They said, 'Your brother may have passed quickly from the village at 18:30 and taken your daughter.' I asked for evidence, I stood at the gendarmerie for about 6 evenings and did not see any difficulty. I said it on the first day too. I told my commander, 'The camera sees my house clearly.'" he stated.

The following conversation took place between the court president and Arif Güran:

• Court President: Are you saying that the state has not looked at this camera that you insist on?
• Arif Güran: They said we do not have the authority to look.
• Court President: Maybe they have looked.

"THEY SHOULD LOOK AT THE CAMERA, MAYBE NEVZAT IS INNOCENT"

• Arif Güran: They say the sun is shining. The last time my daughter was seen, that camera shows around 18:30.
• Court President: The state that thought of bringing a drone there cannot think of that Dara-2 camera?
• Arif Güran: I kindly ask you to reveal it. Maybe Nevzat Bahtiyar may also be innocent. No matter what time it is, they should look at those cameras.
• Court President: We will ask the Diyarbakır Chief Public Prosecutor's Office about the mentioned camera.
