"THOSE WHO CAUSED THIS GREAT PAIN WILL BE HELD ACCOUNTABLE"

The AK Party presented its prepared research proposal. Those who caused this great pain due to negligence, misconduct, and irregularities will be held accountable. 14 people have been detained. Whatever is necessary will be done from now on. I do not find it appropriate to engage in politics in the face of such a tragic event. Engaging in verbal disputes with anyone would be disrespectful to the grieving families. We reject any discussions that would undermine this situation with the back of our hand. We condemn the reckless attacks of some actors of the main opposition who fail to show respect for the nation's pain."

NEW EXPERTS ASSIGNED

On the other hand, within the scope of the investigation, academic experts with expertise in fire safety and building protection from fire, who work at Istanbul Technical University’s Disaster Management Institute, Faculty of Architecture, Faculty of Electrical and Electronics, Faculty of Mechanical Engineering, and Faculty of Civil Engineering, have been appointed as experts based on new findings regarding the fire's point of origin.
