Firefighters are intervening in a fire that broke out in a workshop producing home textiles in Pendik. The fire started for an undetermined reason in a workplace on the ground floor of a plaza on Uygar Street in Esenyalı Neighborhood.

Upon notification, a large number of firefighters and medical teams were dispatched to the scene. The teams continuing to intervene in the fire are working to evacuate those trapped due to the heavy smoke spreading to the upper floors of the building.
