The footage recorded at a local delicacies festival held in the Karşıyaka district of İzmir clearly reveals the extent to which food terrorism has reached in the country. Vendors using the same gloves to handle both products and money, sausages without any labels, cheeses displayed without being kept in a freezer, meat products, and the presence of flies hovering over almost all open products demonstrate how little human health is valued.

The alarming picture of food terrorism revealed by the recent reports published by the Ministry of Agriculture and Forestry is evolving into an even darker point with new images and evidence detected almost every day.
