The accident occurred around 18:30 yesterday at the Melik District location on the Samsun-Ordu highway. According to information obtained, the car with license plate 55 AVE 628, driven by 57-year-old U.F.C., struck the electric bicycle ridden by Esra Turan, who was trying to cross the intersection.
