English top football division Premier League's defending winners, Manchester City, eased past West Ham United 2-0 in a league match Sunday.
Home team Manchester City finished the job in the first half at Etihad Stadium in the U.K. as West Ham United's James Collins and Man City star Aguero found the net for City.
Manchester City have now raised their points to 64 in the standings.
Arsenal, Manchester United and Manchester City are competing against each other for advancing to the UEFA Champions League directly.
Meanwhile, leaders Chelsea toppled Manchester United 1-0 thanks to their Belgian star midfielder Eden Hazard's goal in the 38th minute at Stamford Bridge.
In addition, London giants ended Manchester United's six-game winning streak in the league.
Chelsea are leading the league with 76 points. Their closest opponents in the league table, Arsenal, have 66 points.
