Former Galatasaray board member Tarık Taşar has passed away.

Tarık Taşar, a former board member of Galatasaray and Chairman of Çetaş Automotive, has passed away. Born in 1968 in Adıyaman, Taşar graduated from the Faculty of Dentistry at Marmara University and had been pursuing his career in the automotive industry. His passing was announced by the Galatasaray Sports Club, where he served as an executive from 2015 to 2018. The Galatasaray Club released a condolence message regarding Taşar's death.

Former Galatasaray board member and Çetaş Automotive Chairman Tarık Taşar has passed away. The club published a condolence message for Taşar.

Born in 1968 in Adıyaman, Tarık Taşar graduated from Marmara University Faculty of Dentistry. He continued his career journey in the automotive sector and was serving as the Chairman of Çetaş Automotive.

In a statement from Galatasaray, it was expressed, "The news of the passing of our club member Tarık Taşar, who served our club as a member of the Galatasaray Sports Club Board of Directors between 2015-2018, with membership number 12846, has deeply saddened us. We pray for mercy for the deceased and offer our condolences to his family, relatives, and our community."
