Four boys subjected a 16-year-old girl to a nightmare! They sexually abused her all night long and sent her home dressed in boys' clothing.

The 16-year-old girl who met Firuz Naobi from social media and went to his house in Bursa was sexually abused by Naobi and his 3 friends throughout the night after her hands and feet were immobilized when she entered the room to sleep.

MET ON SOCIAL MEDIA AND WENT TO HIS HOUSE

E.T., who lives in Bursa, met Firuz Naobi on social media and became friends, and they met in November 2023. After hanging out and having dinner together, E.T. went to Naobi's house in Kestel district, where Naser Ahmed Azizi (37), Samet Ali Nazeri (21), and Sufi Pivani (21) were staying, upon Naobi's invitation.

4 MEN MADE THE 16-YEAR-OLD GIRL'S LIFE A NIGHTMARE

After chatting with these people for a while, the young girl allegedly experienced sexual abuse by Firuz Naobi and his 3 friends in the room she went to sleep. The suspects rendered E.T. helpless by holding her hands and feet and repeatedly sexually abused her throughout the night, despite her crying and begging.

THEY MADE HER WEAR MEN'S CLOTHING TO AVOID RECOGNITION AFTER THE ABUSE

The suspects made E.T. wear men's clothing and gave her 200 lira to avoid recognition, saying "If you tell anyone what happened, we will do worse to you," and then sent her home. E.T. told her family about what happened. After the family filed a complaint, the 4 suspects were arrested after the necessary procedures at the police station.

"THEY SEXUALLY ABUSED ME ALL NIGHT DESPITE MY PLEADING"

After the investigation conducted by the Bursa Chief Public Prosecutor's Office, a trial was opened against the 4 defendants who were in custody at the Bursa 6th Heavy Penal Court. E.T., who gave her statement with the assistance of a psychologist at the first hearing, described what she experienced:

"We met Firuz on social media last October. We decided to meet in November. That day, we hung out and had dinner together. Then he invited me to his house. I went there. There were 3 friends of his that he never mentioned to me. I didn't think anything bad. After chatting for a while, I went to the room because I felt bad. At that moment, Firuz and his 3 friends entered the room, held my hands and arms all of a sudden, and laid me on the bed. Despite my begging, they sexually abused me throughout the night. My boyfriend did the most abuse. In the morning, they threatened me, gave me some money, and sent me home. I am filing a complaint against them."

SUSPECTS DENIED THE ALLEGATIONS

Naser Ahmed Azizi, one of the detained defendants, claimed that he had sexual intercourse with E.T. with the consent of Firuz and their friends Samet, while Firuz Naobi denied the accusations and stated that he dressed E.T. in men's clothing and gave her 200 lira to avoid recognition when he sent her home in the morning. Münevver Bilir, the lawyer of Sufi Pivani, stated that his client was not at home on the date of the incident and said, "Call detail records were examined. I would like to state that my client was not among those who attacked based on the principle of 'In dubio pro reo' as the victim cannot clearly remember the date of the incident."

PROSECUTOR REQUESTED UP TO 20 YEARS IN PRISON

In the second hearing at the Bursa 6th Heavy Penal Court, the public prosecutor, in his opinion, requested that the defendants be sentenced to up to 20 years in prison for the crimes of "Sexual abuse of a child" and "Deprivation of liberty." The court adjourned the trial for the decision and decided to continue the detention of the defendants.
