Four more companies have been added to the list of food fraudsters for mixing poultry meat with beef/lamb minced meat.

The Ministry of Agriculture and Forestry's website guvenilirgida.tarimorman.gov.tr is adding a new company that engages in imitation and adulteration every day. Companies that play with public health are being exposed one by one.

BEEF/LAMB MINCE WITH POULTRY MEAT

On November 12, two well-known meat companies were found to be involved in imitation and adulteration, while the number of companies playing with public health is increasing every day. The new list dated November 13 includes 4 different brands and products. Poultry meat was detected in beef/lamb mince, while mechanically separated poultry meat was found to be used in heat-treated chicken sausages.
