TFF President İbrahim Hacıosmanoğlu made assessments regarding the tension with Fatih Terim following the National Team's World Cup performance.
Criticizing Terim's statements, Hacıosmanoğlu said, "He made a special broadcast. What was the need? The act of demanding an account was also wrong."
When asked, "Are you considering taking a step on this matter?" he replied, "That's all for now. I will tell him to his face when I come face to face with him."
"IT IS NOT A SITE AREA"
Hacıosmanoğlu also addressed the controversies regarding the villas he announced he would gift to the players if the National Team qualified for the World Cup.
Speaking about the project, which was reported in the public to be in Bodrum but is actually located within the borders of Milas, around the Mandalya Gulf, Hacıosmanoğlu argued that the claims were untrue.
"They are lying about this too. It is not a site area. All permits have been obtained and construction will begin. I will definitely give those villas to the players as I promised," he said.
HE ALSO EXPLAINED THE BONUS SYSTEM
Stating that FIFA brought in a $14 million bonus with the National Team's qualification for the World Cup, Hacıosmanoğlu said that as the federation, they added an additional $2 million to this amount.
Expressing that the total bonus was distributed equally among all players called up to the squad, Hacıosmanoğlu mentioned that later, the team captains collected a certain amount of money from each player and redistributed the bonus among themselves.
