TOKİ announced that 22,871 people benefited from the 25% discount campaign it launched on September 23, 2024. During the campaign, the majority of buyers who paid off their debts did so using their personal savings.

22,871 people benefited from the 25% discount campaign implemented by the Housing Development Administration (TOKİ) on September 23, 2024. TOKİ announced the results of the "25% Discount" campaign, which was applied between September 23 and October 18, 2024. A 25% discount was implemented by TOKİ on September 23, 2024, for residential and commercial properties whose sales were completed by June 30, 2023, and whose repayment installments had started before June 30, 2023, at the latest. This application ended on October 18, 2024.

20,871 PEOPLE PAID OFF THEIR DEBTS IN FULL

According to information obtained from TOKİ, in this campaign, 20,871 people paid off their entire debt balance and received their title deeds. 1,316 people benefited from the discount opportunity by making partial payments to settle their debts. Thus, a total of 22,187 buyers of residential and commercial properties benefited from the campaign. 96.08% of the citizens participating in the campaign paid off their debts with their personal savings.
