Bloodshed continues in the Middle East. Most recently, Hamas's armed wing, the Izz ad-Din al-Qassam Brigades, announced that they targeted 50 Israeli soldiers in Gaza with high-explosive mines. No statement has been made by the Israeli army regarding the matter.

The armed wing of Hamas, the Izz ad-Din al-Qassam Brigades, announced that they targeted 50 Israeli soldiers in the Tel al-Hawa neighborhood of Gaza City. In a written statement from the Qassam Brigades, it was stated, "We targeted a Zionist infantry force consisting of 50 soldiers near the al-Falah Mosque in the Tel al-Hawa neighborhood with high-explosive mines." No further details were provided in the statement. The Israeli army has not yet made a statement regarding the matter.

NEARLY 45,000 PEOPLE KILLED IN GAZA

Since October 7, approximately 44,580 Palestinians have been killed in Israeli attacks on the Gaza Strip, including about 17,492 children and 11,979 women, and 105,739 people have been injured.

While it is reported that thousands of bodies are still under the rubble, civilian infrastructure is also being destroyed as hospitals and educational institutions, where the public has sought refuge, are being targeted.
