CITIZENS NOTICED, TEAMS WERE DISPATCHED
The incident occurred at the Zeytinköy Central Mosque in the Zeytinköy neighborhood of Pamukkale. According to the information obtained, a person named M.B. climbed onto the mosque's roof with the intention of committing suicide. Citizens who noticed the situation reported it to the 112 Emergency Call Center.
Upon the report, police, fire, and medical teams were dispatched to the scene. The teams that arrived in the area made intense efforts to bring the individual down from where he was.
2-HOUR PERSUASION EFFORT
The police teams made efforts to persuade the individual for about 2 hours. After the discussions, M.B. agreed to come down from his position.
