In Kırıkkale, a fire that broke out at a tea house during the night and was extinguished by fire crews before spreading to other shops was revealed to be arson. Examining security cameras, police teams determined that a suspect, dressed in a garbage bag to avoid recognition, set the workplace on fire. The suspect, identified through technical and physical surveillance, was detained in a police operation.
A fire broke out at night in a tea house located in Yenidoğan Mahallesi, affiliated with the central district of Kırıkkale.
EXTINGUISHED WITHOUT SPREADING TO NEARBY WORKPLACES
The flames, which grew rapidly, engulfed the workplace, and upon notification, firefighting and police teams were dispatched to the area. With the intervention of the firefighting teams, the fire was brought under control and extinguished without spreading to nearby workplaces.
HID HIS FACE WITH A TRASH BAG AND SET IT ON FIRE
Following the fire that caused damage to the workplace, the Provincial Police Department's Public Order Branch teams launched an investigation. Reviewing security cameras, the teams determined that a person, who covered themselves with a trash bag to avoid recognition, started the fire.
TAKEN INTO CUSTODY
Through technical and physical surveillance, the teams identified the suspect as A.Ö. The suspect, whose address was located, was apprehended in a planned operation and taken into custody. Legal proceedings have been initiated against the suspect.
