A person in the Toroslar district of Mersin shot and killed his wife, mother-in-law, and father-in-law during the process of divorce.

An argument broke out between Musa Ö. (52) and his wife Fatma Ö. (21) who were in the process of divorce in Darısekisi neighborhood during the night. Musa Ö. shot his wife, his father-in-law İbrahim A. (56), and his mother-in-law Elif A. (54) with the gun he had with him during the argument. 112 Emergency Health and gendarmerie teams were dispatched to the scene upon notification.

TAKEN INTO CUSTODY

During the examination by the health teams, it was determined that Fatma Ö. and İbrahim A. lost their lives. Elif A., who was severely injured and taken to Mersin City Training and Research Hospital, could not be saved despite the interventions. The suspect, who was waiting at the scene, was taken into custody by the gendarmerie teams.
