Büyükçaylı's funeral was held today at noon at the Isparta Central Mufti's Mosque. The funeral prayer, led by Provincial Mufti Muharrem Biçer, was attended by Isparta Governor Abdullah Erin, Garrison Commander Infantry Colonel Merdin Kışkan, Army Aviation School Commander Brigadier General İsa Baydilli, as well as department heads, association presidents, chamber presidents, and many others. Büyükçaylı's remains were buried in the family cemetery in Karaağaç Neighborhood.
