In the Bafra district of Samsun, a woman who was reported missing and her ex-husband were found dead inside a car. During the search conducted by the gendarmerie following a tip-off, it was determined that the woman had been shot by her ex-husband, who then committed suicide with the same weapon.

21-year-old Merve Şen, who was reported missing in the Bafra district, was found shot in a car by her ex-husband. It was determined that her ex-husband, Sezer Alnıaçık, had committed suicide. An investigation into the incident is ongoing.

The incident came to light during search efforts following a missing person report filed by her relatives about 10 days ago. Gendarmerie teams found the car with license plate 52 ABV 466 in a wooded area in the Boğazkaya region.

THEY FOUND THE BODIES IN THE CAR

Upon examination, it was determined that Merve Şen (21) had died from a gunshot wound to the head, while her ex-husband Sezer Alnıaçık (28) was found with the gun in his lap, having taken his own life. The investigation is proceeding in multiple directions.
