A 24-year-old young man in Konya severely beat his 19-year-old girlfriend, a university student who wanted to end their relationship.

On the evening of November 23, Hüseyin S., who called S.A. and insisted on meeting her, picked up the young girl from the student dormitory along with Bayram T. The trio went to a café and then to an entertainment center, staying out until the early morning. According to allegations, Hüseyin S. first beat the young girl in the car until she lost consciousness, then took her home and continued to beat her there.

The young girl, recounting her experiences, said, "When he picked me up from the dorm, he said, 'I have a surprise for you, I will beat you to death.' When I wanted to get out of the car, he said it was a joke. When we left the entertainment center, he started hitting me. He called a friend and said, 'We have a funeral today. The name of the deceased is S.A., prepare a grave.' When I hit my head against the window, I lost consciousness. When I came to, I saw that we were at his house and I was only wearing my underwear. When I asked for my clothes, Bayram T. held my arms this time.

According to a report in Sabah, after the young girl obtained a medical report for the assault and filed a complaint, and presented the torn bloody clothes as evidence along with the messages he sent her after the incident, Hüseyin S., who was taken into custody and denied the allegations, was released under judicial control.
