After the suspicious death in Kayseri, it was revealed that a stray bullet was involved. It was determined that Cüneyt Rahim, who was shot in the head, was accidentally shot by his 5-year-old child.

SHOT IN THE HEAD IN THE LIVING ROOM

The incident took place on June 22nd around 10:30 am in the 1st floor of a 2-story building in Yenişehir neighborhood of Kocasinan district. Syrian national Cüneyt Rahim was shot in the head in his living room. Police and medical teams were dispatched to the scene upon notification.

LOST THE BATTLE FOR LIFE 1 DAY LATER

Rahim, who was seriously injured, was taken to Kayseri City Hospital where he lost his life 1 day later despite the interventions. Rahim's funeral was held at Erkilet Bülbülpınarı Cemetery after the autopsy procedures.

SHOT HIS FATHER WHILE PLAYING WITH A GUN

An investigation was launched by the Kayseri Chief Public Prosecutor's Office regarding the incident. It was determined that Rahim's 5-year-old son B.R. found his father's gun and accidentally fired a shot, hitting his father in the head. The investigation into the incident is ongoing.
