Mehmet Koptagel, who completed his order by making a cash payment on June 15th, received a package from the cargo a week later.

Mehmet Koptagel and his children opened the box with excitement and found a shaver instead of a computer inside the box. Mehmet Koptagel, who tried to return the product to the website where he placed the order, said that his request was rejected and stated that he would go to the police station to file a complaint.

Mehmet Koptagel, who ordered for his children, said, "I bought a laptop computer for my children as a report card gift from the website, but unfortunately, a shaver was sent instead. I returned the product as a return, but the seller did not accept it, they rejected it. I contacted the shopping site and told them that I would send the product again, and I sent the product again. The same product was sent back to me. There is currently a mystery. I want a solution to be found in this matter. I can't communicate with the seller in any way, they don't respond to my emails. In addition, it was disappointing that this seller used the name of a big company to do this. They even used the box and the packing tape of a widely known company in Turkey. We will go as far as seeking our rights through legal means," he said.

Explaining the surprise he experienced when he encountered a different product inside the box, Koptagel said, "After the normal box arrived, we opened it while recording a video, and we saw that a shaver came out of the box. The children were surprised and asked what is this. It was an unexpected situation. We called the company in that surprise. We don't know what solution they will come up with," he said.
