In İzmir Menemen, a young woman who was shot with a gun at her home was taken to the hospital. In her statement, the woman stated that the incident was carried out by her two older brothers who came from Istanbul, while two suspects were detained in a police operation.
Hediye Çiçek Ç. (25), who was shot with a handgun in the living room of her home in the Menemen district of İzmir, was taken for treatment at a hospital. Two older brothers of Hediye Çiçek Ç. were taken into custody in connection with the incident.
SHOT WITH A WEAPON IN HER HOME
Following a report that gunshots were coming from the house on Barış Street in Atatürk Neighborhood, police and medical teams were dispatched to the address. Teams determined that H.Ç.Ç. (25) at the home had been injured by a firearm.
HER BROTHERS TAKEN INTO CUSTODY
The woman, who was taken to the hospital, stated in her statement that the incident was carried out by her brothers H.Ç. (42) and U.Ç. (35), who came from Istanbul. Two suspects were taken into custody in an operation organized by teams from the Provincial Police Department Intelligence Branch Directorate and Homicide Bureau, and the Menemen District Police Department Public Order Bureau.
