WANDERED HALF-NAKED IN THE BUILDING
The incident occurred on Şehit Ekrem Kaygısız Street in Özyurt Neighborhood. According to the allegation, Güleryüz, who had psychological issues, wandered half-naked in the apartment building with a knife in his hand, alarming those around him.
SET HIS HOUSE ON FIRE
It was then alleged that Güleryüz, who went back to his own apartment, set his house on fire. Upon notification, police, health, and fire department teams were dispatched to the scene. Firefighters brought the fire under control before it could spread.
CAUGHT WHILE FLEEING
After the incident, Güleryüz, who tried to flee, was caught by police teams and taken into custody.
FELL ILL IN THE DETENTION ROOM
It was learned that Güleryüz fell ill in the detention room in the morning, and first aid was administered by police teams. Güleryüz was taken to the hospital by health teams but could not be saved despite all efforts by the doctors.
