In Istanbul’s Esenyurt district, an argument broke out between a woman who warned a group of young people making noise in the street and the young girls in the group. When the woman’s husband came down to the street with a knife in his hand, the argument turned into a brawl. During the brawl, a young girl was knocked to the ground. It was claimed that one person was injured with a knife. The events were captured on camera.
In Esenyurt, an argument that started over noise during the night hours escalated when a person went out into the street with a knife. Upon a report, police teams were dispatched to the area.
IT STARTED WITH A NOISE WARNING
In the incident that took place during the night hours in Üçevler Neighborhood, reportedly an argument broke out between a woman who warned young people making noise in the street and the young girls in the group. It was alleged that during the argument, one of the young girls cursed and insulted the woman.
HE WENT OUT INTO THE STREET WITH A KNIFE IN HIS HAND
As the argument escalated, the woman's husband went out into the street with a knife in his hand. The argument that started between the young girl and the man quickly turned into a scuffle. In the camera footage, it was seen that during the scuffle the young girl was knocked to the ground and the man stood waiting with a knife in his hand.
STABBING INJURY ALLEGATION
It was claimed that a person was wounded with a knife during the incident. According to the allegation, the young girl involved in the argument wounded a person in the same building with a knife.
Upon a report, police teams were dispatched to the scene. Work regarding the incident is ongoing.
