Upon learning of his mother's death, 35-year-old Mehmet Bozkurt also suffered a heart attack. The incident occurred in Sarıhacı Neighborhood of Akçadağ district in Malatya. Rabia Bozkurt, 65, living in the neighborhood, suddenly became ill while having breakfast at home in the morning. Rabia Bozkurt, who had a heart attack, lost her life. After the elderly woman's death, her relatives took action to inform family members of the sad news.
