Melike, aged 2.5, who went missing in the village of Bağlıca in Batman's Gercüş district, was found safe and sound by soldiers after 16 hours of search efforts. The moments following the little girl's discovery were heartwarming.

The compassionate approach displayed by the soldiers who reached Melike warmed hearts. Noticing the little child was cold, one soldier said, "Commander, let's give our coat," offering his own coat, leaving a mark on the operation.

Melike, who was seen shivering when found, was taken to the hospital for a health check after initial treatment. It was learned that the little girl's condition is good.
