It has been revealed that 14-year-old İsa Aras Mersinli, who carried out an armed attack on the school he attended in Kahramanmaraş, shouted 'Forgive me, forgive me' upon seeing the police arriving at the scene before he died.

The final words of İsa Aras Mersinli, an 8th-grade student who carried out an armed attack on Ayser Çalık Middle School in the Onikişubat district of Kahramanmaraş around 1:30 PM yesterday, have emerged.

"FORGIVE ME, FORGIVE ME"

It was learned that İsa Aras Mersinli, who stormed the school with 5 guns and 7 magazines belonging to his father, police inspector Uğur Mersinli, shouted "Forgive me, forgive me" towards the police officers who arrived at the scene after carrying out the attack.

CAUSE OF DEATH NOT SUICIDE

In the examination by a board consisting of 2 forensic medicine experts, 2 autopsy technicians, 1 cameraman, and 1 photography expert, a fatal sharp-cutting instrument wound was detected on Mersinli's right leg. It was stated that the object used in the injury had one blunt side and one sharp side. It was recorded that death occurred as a result of intense external bleeding due to a major vascular injury.

HERE IS THE AUTOPSY REPORT

The forensic medicine report stated that İsa Aras Mersinli was 1.79 meters tall and weighed approximately 85-90 kilograms. The examination determined that the lividity marks were of mild intensity on the back and non-pressure areas of the body. It was recorded that he had nylon protective bags on his hands and 4 electrode pads on his back area. While no lesions were found on the back area, palms, armpits, and skin folds, dried blood stains were observed all over the body. A 2.5 cm sharp-cutting instrument wound was detected on his right rear leg. It was reported that toxicological samples taken during the autopsy were sent to the Gaziantep Forensic Medicine Group Presidency for detailed examination.
