In Diyarbakır, it was determined that there is an 8-day gap in the security camera footage from the house of one of Narin Güran's uncles, Salim and Hüseyin Güran, in the murder case. It was also found that the recordings from September 8, when Narin's lifeless body was discovered, are missing. NARIN'S KILLER STILL NOT FOUNDIn the Bağlar district of Diyarbakır, the investigation into the murder of 8-year-old Narin Güran, whose lifeless body was found in the bed of the Eğertutmaz Stream 19 days after she went missing, continues. Despite weeks passing without finding the killer, a development has occurred that may change the course of the investigation. 8-DAY SECURITY CAMERA FOOTAGE MISSINGDetails regarding the security camera footage from the homes of Uncle Salim Güran and Hüseyin Güran did not escape the attention of the teams. According to a report by CNN Türk, it was determined that there is an 8-day gap in the camera recordings of one of Narin's uncles. Among the missing footage are the recordings from September 8, when Narin's lifeless body was found. The retrieval of the footage from the hard drive sent to Tübitak will provide clues about what happened in the house on the day Narin's body was found and before. DNA TO BE SOUGHT IN THE RUGS AT HOMEOn the other hand, following the confession of Nevzat Bahtiyar, who stated in his latest testimony that he took Narin's lifeless body from a room in Arif Güran's house at the request of Uncle Salim Güran, the rugs in the little girl's home were taken for examination. DNA traces of Narin's saliva or any evidence that could be related to the incident, as well as traces of Uncle Salim, will be sought in the rugs. WHAT HAPPENED?On August 21, when Narin Güran went to a Quran course in the Tavşantepe neighborhood of Bağlar district, her family searched for her when she did not return home. After the search yielded no results, Narin's father, Arif Güran, reported his daughter missing around 8:00 PM on the same day. Following this, numerous search and rescue teams were dispatched to the area, and searches were conducted in the houses in the neighborhood and in vehicles entering the village. While the search efforts continued, Narin Güran's older brother, E.G. (18), was detained due to bite marks on his arm. During the examination at the Istanbul Forensic Medicine Institute, since it could not be determined whether the bite marks belonged to Narin, E.G. was released. Subsequently, Narin's uncle, who is also the village headman of rural Tavşantepe, Salim Güran, was detained. It was determined that the DNA samples taken from his vehicle matched the DNA samples found on Narin's clothes, leading to Salim Güran's arrest for 'intentional killing' and 'deprivation of liberty.' Teams, which had previously focused on the areas that had been searched, conducted work in the Eğertutmaz Stream, located 2 kilometers away from the neighborhood, and Narin's lifeless body was found on the 19th day. It was determined that Narin had been thrown into the stream in a sack after being killed, and her body was covered with stones.
