FOUND IN THE CLOSET
Burak Koçak was found at a friend's house in the Altıntaş neighborhood of Orhaneli, Bursa. During the search conducted by the Bursa Provincial Gendarmerie Command, he was discovered hiding inside a wardrobe in the house by a dog.
HOUSE OWNER: WE HAD NO IDEA
The homeowner, Ayşe Yalın, said, "My son Erhan had messaged him at one point. Then he came in here. We had no idea; he stayed in the closet for 5 days. Then we noticed. He ate the bread we left here and took some water. His mother has been crying for days. If I had known, I would have handed him over to his mother immediately," she said.
A local resident stated, "He was being searched everywhere since the day before the holiday. He entered an old house of his friend and hid in the closet. His uncle didn't like his haircut. That's why he is said to have run away," he said.
