According to the decision of the Public Servants Arbitration Board; civil servants and retired civil servants will receive a 6% collective bargaining increase in January, along with the portion of inflation exceeding 10% that occurred in the second half of 2024. The inflation rate announced by the Turkish Statistical Institute for July-October was 12.06%. According to the year-end inflation forecasts of the Central Bank and financial institutions, it is predicted that the salary increase rate for civil servants in January could rise to 12.18%.
