The meteorology department announced that air temperatures across the country will be 4-9 degrees above seasonal averages and that precipitation will be particularly effective in coastal areas. In Ankara, the highest temperature will be 8 degrees and the lowest will be 1 degree; in Istanbul, the highest will be 13 degrees and the lowest will be 6 degrees; and in Izmir, the highest will be 17 degrees and the lowest will be 8 degrees.

According to the latest assessments made by the General Directorate of Meteorology (MGM), today it is expected that air temperatures will be around seasonal norms in the northeastern parts of the country, while in other places, they will be 4-9 degrees above seasonal norms.
According to meteorological data, it is predicted that the general Marmara region, the coastal areas of the Aegean and Western Mediterranean, the northeastern part of Central Anatolia, the western part of the Western Black Sea, the Eastern Black Sea, and Eastern Anatolia, as well as the regions of Burdur and Denizli, will experience intermittent rainfall. It is expected that the precipitation will generally be rain and showers in the coastal areas and the western part of the country, while in the eastern interior regions, it will be seen as mixed rain and snow, with locally heavy rainfall expected during the night hours in the areas of Istanbul, Kocaeli, and Yalova.
AVALANCHE DANGER WARNING
MGM reported that there will be frost along with fog and occasional mist in the interior and eastern parts of the country, and there is an avalanche danger in the high areas of the inner parts of the Eastern Black Sea and the steep slopes of Eastern Anatolia. It is expected that the air temperature will be around seasonal norms in the northeastern parts of the country, while in other places, it will be 4-9 degrees above the norms.
MGM warned citizens about the risk of heavy rainfall, frost, and avalanche danger.

The air temperatures will be a maximum of 8 and a minimum of 1 degrees in Ankara; a maximum of 13 and a minimum of 6 degrees in Istanbul; and a maximum of 17 and a minimum of 8 degrees in Izmir.
