In the investigation of the 'Alihan Kuris Criminal Organization' by the Ankara Chief Public Prosecutor's Office, it was determined that the GSM line used by the organization leader, Alihan Kuris, was registered under the name of Ali Kovan, a resident of Mersin who holds a 50% mental disability report. According to information obtained, within the scope of the investigation conducted by the Ankara Chief Public Prosecutor's Office into the "Alihan Kuriş Criminal Organization," it was determined that the organization leader Alihan Kuriş, who claimed not to use any GSM line, used the GSM line registered in the name of Ali Kovan, who works at Göknur Gıda, managed by one of the organization's managers, Osman Aslanali.
It was determined that Ali Kovan, the legal owner of the GSM line used by Alihan Kuriş, resides in Mersin and has a report of 50 percent mental disability. It was also established that Kovan holds a "Permanent Disability Identity Card" issued by the Ministry of Family and Social Policies.

In the examinations conducted within the scope of the investigation, it was stated that, contrary to Alihan Kuriş's statement that he did not use any GSM line, it was determined that he used the GSM line registered in the name of Kovan. The investigation conducted by the Ankara Chief Public Prosecutor's Office regarding the incident continues.
