"THEY HAVE THE RIGHT TO HOLD THOSE WHO CARRIED OUT THE ATTACK RESPONSIBLE"
During a daily press briefing, Pentagon Deputy Spokesperson Sabrina Singh responded to a question regarding Turkey's destruction of PKK/YPG targets in northern Syria and Iraq after the terrorist attack on TUSAŞ, saying, "As you have seen in Turkey, this appears to be a terrorist attack. They have the right to hold those who carried out this attack responsible." Singh also extended condolences on behalf of the Pentagon to the families of those who lost their lives in the terrorist attack in Turkey and to the injured.
DOZENS OF TARGETS HIT, THE BLOOD OF MARTYRS DID NOT GO UNAVENGED
The Ministry of National Defense and the National Intelligence Organization had conducted operations against the PKK terrorist organization in northern Syria and Iraq following the terrorist attack on TUSAŞ. It was emphasized that many strategic points, such as energy-infrastructure buildings, logistics, and ammunition depots belonging to the organization, were targeted, and operations would continue uninterrupted until the planned target against the PKK/YPG terrorist organization was achieved. National Defense Minister Yaşar Güler reported that a total of 47 terrorist targets, 29 in Iraq and 18 in northern Syria, were hit with precision, and many terrorists were neutralized.
