The Ministry of Agriculture and Forestry has published a new list regarding food frauds that threaten human health. It was reported that a drug-laced liquid was found in ayran. This situation has raised concerns about product safety and health issues.

The list published on the "guvenilirgida.tarimorman.gov.tr" website by the Ministry of Agriculture and Forestry revealed fraudulent products from many companies, including well-known brands. The presence of such products in ayran, one of the most consumed beverages in Turkey, caused a shock effect.

CONCERNS ABOUT AYRAN AND GRATED CHEESE

According to the list, in the product sold as 'Şef' brand 2-kilogram "FULL FAT FRESH GRATED CHEESE 2000 G" produced by Moni Milk and Dairy Products in Bursa, a high moisture content, low fat content, vegetable oil, and natamycin were detected.
