Four people stranded due to heavy snowfall in Ordu have not been heard from since yesterday. In a written statement from the Ordu Governorship, it was reported that Murat and Ferhat Günay, along with Hüdaverdi and Barış Aslantaş, went hunting in the Topçam region of Mesudiye district on Saturday, November 23, with a vehicle bearing the license plate 34 FCR 655, as stated by their wives.

In a report made to the 112 Emergency Call Center yesterday, it was conveyed that the four individuals had informed their relatives that they were in the mosque in the Horu Obası area of Topçam in Mesudiye district and were stranded, and that they had requested rescue.

After this report, the Mesudiye District Gendarmerie Command sent 1 vehicle and 3 personnel, the Gendarmerie Search and Rescue Team sent 1 vehicle and 4 personnel, AFAD sent 1 vehicle and 4 personnel, and the Ordu Metropolitan Municipality sent 1 construction vehicle and 2 personnel to the region. At 03:00 on November 25, they reached Horu Obası, and further searches were conducted in the area, but the missing citizens could not be reached. The search and rescue activities for our missing citizens continue with 23 personnel and 7 vehicles."
