A solution is coming to the noise problem, which is a frequent complaint of residents living in apartments. With the new regulation, individuals who make excessive noise in the apartment will be fined.

Many people in Turkey live in apartments and have numerous neighbors within the building. The most common reason for disputes among neighbors is noise. With the new year, those who disturb their neighbors with noise will face a fine of 11,000 TL.

The issue of loud noise in apartments sometimes leads to disputes among neighbors. The most complained-about issue is noise, and there is a law and penalty related to it. With the new year, the fine for disturbing a neighbor with noise has increased to 11,000 TL.

An important point is that citizens must file a complaint with the police and the municipal police. After the report is taken, a fine of 11,035 TL can be imposed on the noisy neighbor.

NEW PENALTIES FOR NOISE POLLUTION IN TRANSPORTATION AND STREETS

When it comes to environmental pollution, the fine set for apartments is determined to be 33,326 TL. Those who discharge waste into water sources will face a fine of 1,337,445 TL, and those who illegally burn stubble will pay a fine of 556 TL per decare.

The fine for noise in transportation vehicles has also increased. The cost of disturbing the environment is 33,306 TL. The era of randomly throwing trash while driving is also coming to an end. Those who throw trash on the ground will pay 6,923 TL.
