In a grave opened in the Buca district of İzmir, the bones of two individuals were found in addition to the grave owner. The bones were sent to the Istanbul Forensic Medicine Institution for identification. HUMAN BONES IN A BLACK BAGAccording to the information received, the funeral of Kübra Küntaş, who passed away on October 4, was intended to be buried by her family on the grave of her grandfather Nurettin Küntaş, who died 45 years ago, in the Old Buca Cemetery. During the burial process, human bones placed in a black bag were found before reaching the corpse of Nurettin Küntaş. BONE FRAGMENTS TAKEN TO THE MORGUEAfter family members stated that the bones did not belong to their deceased, the bone fragments in the bag were taken by officials to the İzmir Cemetery Directorate morgue. DNA TEST WILL SOLVE THE MYSTERYFollowing the notification of the situation by the İzmir Metropolitan Municipality Cemetery Department, an investigation was conducted by the İzmir Chief Public Prosecutor's Office at the grave. The bones identified as belonging to two individuals were sent to the Istanbul Forensic Medicine Institution for identification and DNA profiling.
