Due to a malfunction in the ISKI lines in a neighborhood in Beykoz, Istanbul, water has been cut off for 4 days. Residents have formed queues to carry water to their homes with containers.

Due to a malfunction in the lines of the Istanbul Water and Sewerage Administration (İSKİ) in the Beykoz Gümüşsuyu neighborhood, water cuts are being experienced. Residents who say they called call centers to reach authorities stated that no solution has been found.

Some residents had to carry water for meters with buckets and containers. Beykoz Municipality teams directed water tankers to the area.

"WE CANNOT GET CLEAR INFORMATION"

Resident Kadir Özkaya said, "When we call, we cannot get clear information. Different statements are constantly made. We have difficulty meeting our daily needs. This situation causes serious hardship."

"WE HAVE BEEN VICTIMIZED FOR DAYS"

Another resident, Eray Külyat, stated that the outage has been ongoing for days and said, "It is unacceptable that there is water in nearby streets but not here. We have been victimized for days. The given times are not kept, and they are constantly being postponed. People are in a difficult situation, and we want this issue resolved as soon as possible."
