"WE CANNOT GET CLEAR INFORMATION"
Resident Kadir Özkaya said, "When we call, we cannot get clear information. Different statements are constantly made. We have difficulty meeting our daily needs. This situation causes serious hardship."
"WE HAVE BEEN VICTIMIZED FOR DAYS"
Another resident, Eray Külyat, stated that the outage has been ongoing for days and said, "It is unacceptable that there is water in nearby streets but not here. We have been victimized for days.
