In the prostitution investigation conducted against Antalya Metropolitan Municipality Mayor Muhittin Böcek, statements from 2 new victims have been added to the file. In the statements, it was indicated that women were offered jobs at the municipality and financial support in return for being with Böcek, and that one of the women was taken to Böcek's house twice and claimed to have been subjected to physical contact. Thus, the number of victim accounts reflected in the press has risen to 5.

New statements have emerged in the prostitution investigation conducted by the Antalya Chief Public Prosecutor's Office against Muhittin Böcek, the detained Mayor of Antalya Metropolitan Municipality. While 2 new testimonies have been added to the previously disclosed accounts of 3 victims, the striking common point in the file appears to be the promise of employment at the municipality.

One of the women in the new testimonies claimed that Tuğçe Güney, the head of the Antalya Youth Center, offered her a job at the municipality and financial support for her family in exchange for her being with Muhittin Böcek. The other woman alleged that she was taken to Böcek's house twice with the promise of a job at the municipality, where she was subjected to physical contact.

"HE WILL GIVE YOU A JOB AT THE MUNICIPALITY AND HELP YOU AND YOUR FAMILY"

The woman, who gave a statement about the incident reported to have occurred in 2024, claimed that Tuğçe Güney asked her to meet with Muhittin Böcek "for the purpose of prostitution." The woman alleged that Güney told her, "Muhittin Böcek is the mayor; if you are with him, he will give you a job at the municipality and help you and your family financially." Stating that she accepted the offer due to financial difficulties, the woman recounted that she went to Böcek's house in Konyaaltı together with Güney.

"USE YOUR HEAD, MAYOR MUHİTTİN LIKED YOU, GO BACK TO THE ROOM"

The woman said that when they arrived at the house, Güney stayed in the living room, and she moved to another room with Böcek. She recounted that after a while, she felt unwell and left the room, stating she did not want to be intimate. According to her testimony, when she was about to leave the house, Güney stopped her and said, "Use your head, Mayor Muhittin liked you, go back to the room."

"HE GAVE 2 THOUSAND TL AFTER THE ENCOUNTER"

The woman claimed that she then re-entered the room and had sexual intercourse with Böcek. She alleged that Muhittin Böcek gave her 2,000 TL as she was leaving the house. Stating that she later asked Güney if she had received any payment, the woman alleged that Güney, referring to Böcek, replied, "My father already covers all my needs; my father takes care of me."

THE SECOND WOMAN ALSO DESCRIBED THE JOB PROMISE

In the other testimony added to the file, it was claimed that the events began approximately 4 years ago. The woman recounted that she met Tuğçe Güney through a mutual friend and that Güney asked her, "Shall I arrange a job for you at the municipality?" during their very first meeting.

Stating that she was not working at that time, the woman recounted that a few days later, Güney called her and said, "I will take you to Mayor Muhittin's house, introduce you, and get you a job at the municipality."

ALLEGATION OF "HE MADE PHYSICAL CONTACT"

The woman stated that Güney later called her and said they would go to Muhittin Böcek's house for dinner. Recounting that the two met in Konyaaltı and went to the house by taxi, the woman said that inside, besides Böcek, there was a man in his 30s who introduced himself as an assistant.

According to her testimony, Böcek made physical contact with her during dinner. The woman stated that she pulled Böcek's hand away because she was uncomfortable and that no discussion was held that day regarding her being hired at the municipality.

"HE LIKED YOU VERY MUCH, THAT'S WHY HE TOUCHED YOU"

Stating that after leaving the house, she asked Tuğçe Güney why Böcek had touched her, the woman claimed Güney replied, "He liked you very much; that's why he touched you, never mind." The woman recounted that when she asked about being hired at the municipality, Güney said, "I'll handle it, don't worry."

A WEEK LATER, SHE WENT TO THE HOUSE AGAIN

According to the account of the second victim, approximately a week later, Güney called her again and said, "We will go to Muhittin Böcek's house around 10:00 PM; we will sort out your job." Stating that she was uneasy due to the events of the first meeting, the woman said she nevertheless agreed to go to Böcek's house a second time, thinking she might be hired at the municipality.

Stating that only Böcek was present at the house this time, the woman recounted that Böcek had been drinking alcohol and asked her to sit next to him. The woman, who claimed he again touched her legs and chest after a while, alleged that even though she pulled back, the behavior was repeated.

"IF YOU ARE WITH HIM, HE WILL GIVE YOU A JOB AT THE MUNICIPALITY"

The woman said she was disturbed by what happened and wanted to leave the house. Stating that Güney called a taxi and they left the house together, the woman alleged that after they went outside, Güney told her, "If you are with Muhittin Böcek, he will give you a job at the municipality." Stating that she did not accept the offer, the woman said she never communicated with Böcek again after this incident.

SHE ALSO MADE ALLEGATIONS ABOUT OTHER WOMEN

The second victim's testimony included claims that Tuğçe Güney also promised to find jobs at the municipality for other women. The woman alleged that similar offers were made to some individuals whose names are sealed in the file, based on the promise of municipal jobs. She also stated that she heard from Güney herself that she made promises like "I'll sort out your dormitory and scholarship matters" to some children she saw at the Youth Center and estimated to be under the age of 18. However, she also stated that she did not know what was expected in return for these promises.

THE NUMBER OF VICTIM STATEMENTS REFLECTED IN THE PRESS IN THE FILE RISES TO 5

Previously, the statements of 3 victims within the scope of the investigation had been reflected in the public. With the 2 new testimonies added to the file, the number of victim accounts reported in the press has risen to 5. It was striking that in the new statements, the women claimed they were brought together with Muhittin Böcek under the promise of being hired at the municipality. The testimonies also included allegations that Tuğçe Güney established the connection between the women and Böcek, and that the promise of a job was used during these meetings.
