In a statement made by the Deputy Prime Minister of Kazakhstan, Kanat Bozumbayev, it was announced that 38 people lost their lives as a result of a passenger plane belonging to Azerbaijan Airlines crashing in Aktau.

ONE PERSON'S IDENTITY HAS NOT BEEN IDENTIFIED

In his statement, Bozumbayev said, "29 people, including two children, are in the hospital. The condition of 11 people is stable and serious. The condition of the others is moderate," adding that the identity of one of the victims has not yet been identified and that he is unconscious.

Bozumbayev emphasized that a separate procedure will be carried out to identify the victims due to the burning of their bodies.
