The mother, father, and brother of Narin Güran, who were detained in the investigation of the murder, along with 23 other suspects, were referred to the courthouse.

SALİM GÜRAN'S LAWYER WITHDREW FROM THE CASE

Seda Toğrul, the lawyer of Salim Güran, the uncle who is a suspect and being tried in custody in the case of Narin Güran, who was killed in Diyarbakır and whose lifeless body was found by the stream, announced that she withdrew from the case.

NEVZAT BAHTİYAR, WHO TOOK THE BODY TO THE STREAM, WAS ARRESTED

Nevzat Bahtiyar, who confessed to hiding Narin Güran's body by the stream and said that he was threatened with death by Narin's uncle Salim Güran, was arrested by the court. Bahtiyar had stated that Narin's lifeless body was given to him by his uncle Güran.

VILLAGE IMAM RELEASED

Meanwhile, the village imam who was detained together with the wife of one of the uncles in the murder investigation was released.

WHAT IS THE NARİN GÜRAN CASE?

A search operation was launched for 8-year-old Narin Güran, who went missing on August 21 in Tavşantepe Neighborhood of Bağlar district in Diyarbakır. Narin Güran's uncle S.G was arrested by the duty magistrate's court on September 2.

Diyarbakır Governor Murat Zorluoğlu had announced last Sunday that Narin Güran's lifeless body, dressed in her clothes, was found in a sack hidden with stones by the Eğertutmaz Stream at around 08.45.

As part of the investigation, 24 people, including Narin Güran's mother, father, two brothers, four uncles, and the wife of the arrested uncle S.G, were detained.
