The discussions continued on the first part of the "Bill on Amendments to the Law on Civil Servants and Some Laws and the Decree Law No. 375," which includes penal provisions regarding firearms and unauthorized use of flashlights, as well as regulations in the field of internal security. Interior Commission Chairman Süleyman Soylu answered the questions of the deputies. The discussions lasted until late at night. Deputy Speaker Sırrı Süreyya Önder immediately intervened and had the microphone turned back on. Soylu said to Önder, who had turned his microphone back on, "Forgive me." Önder replied to Soylu, who was seeking forgiveness, saying, "That's another matter." It was observed that Soylu experienced a momentary pause upon hearing the response.
