"Iran's promise to the US: 'We will not kill Trump'"

15.11.2024 22:11

It has been claimed that Iran provided written assurances to the United States that it would not attempt to "kill" elected President Donald Trump.

The US press has raised a striking claim. Iran provided a written assurance to the US administration last month that it would not attempt to assassinate 'Elected President Donald Trump.'

According to a report by the Wall Street Journal, correspondence regarding Trump took place between the two countries in recent months.

A LETTER FROM THE US TO TEHRAN ABOUT TRUMP

It was claimed that the US administration sent a special letter to Tehran in September, stating that Iran's threats against Trump were considered a "national security issue" and warned that any potential action in this regard would be regarded as a "cause for war."

IRAN'S COMMITMENT REGARDING TRUMP

In response to this letter, it was alleged that Iran provided assurance in its written reply to Washington on October 14 that it would not attempt to assassinate Trump.
