Israel is launching operations against the Houthis in Yemen.

Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu announced that they will launch a fierce operation against the Iran-backed Houthis in Yemen.

Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu, in a video released after a meeting of the Israeli Security Cabinet held in the northern city of Safed, made statements regarding the Houthis in Yemen.

Netanyahu stated that they would initiate a "severe operation" against the Houthis in Yemen, saying, "Just as we have acted against Iran's proxy forces in the region, we will also take action against the Houthis."

"A GREAT THREAT TO THE WORLD ORDER"

Benjamin Netanyahu expressed, "The U.S. and other countries like ours see the Houthis not only as a threat to international maritime transportation but also as a threat to the world order."

ISRAELI TARGETS HIT WITH BALLISTIC MISSILES

The Iran-backed Houthis in Yemen announced on December 19 that two military targets in the Israeli city of Jaffa were hit with "Palestine 2" type ballistic missiles.

RETALIATION WITH FIGHTER JETS

Israeli army radio reported that following the Houthi missile attack on Jaffa, the Israeli army conducted numerous bomb attacks on 5 targets in Yemen with 14 fighter jets. In a statement from the Israeli army, it was noted that a school located in Ramat Gan, near Tel Aviv, was damaged in the attack carried out by the Houthis.
